HOW THE LIST WORKS:
Potential sponsors for each meeting will be added to the list in the order sponsorship interest is expressed. The first 4 potential sponsors for each meeting are guaranteed a sponsorship, if they choose and commit in-time. Potential sponsors beyond the first 4 will be automatically moved to the to the next available position at the next meeting.
A firm commitment must be communicated and a check received no later than 60 days before the meeting. If less than 4 sponsors have committed 60 days before the meeting, additional sponsors will be recruited. Choice of break days will be based on position on the list. If a potential sponsor declines for any reason, they can move to the next available position at the next meeting.
